Microchipping

Millions of pets go missing each year and many are never reunited with their human families. If your pet is lost, you can increase the chances of guiding your companion home by microchipping your pet. Microchipping involves a painless procedure that implants a small microchip—about the size of a grain of rice—under your pet's skin. Information about your pet is registered in a national database that can be accessed by veterinary hospitals and shelters across the country. This simple procedure greatly increases the chance your pet will return to you.
