Services: Diagnostic
In-House Laboratory
Our in-house laboratory can perform a variety of diagnostic procedures for your pet, including blood counts, organ function profiles, thyroid test, cortisol tests, fecal exams, heartworm tests, Lyme disease tests and more. These procedures allow us to help diagnose disease and acute symptoms easily, without giving your pet stress or discomfort.

Digital Radiology
Our hospital uses the newest and most advanced radiology equipment available. This means your pet is exposed to less radiation, and it allows for faster diagnostics. Pictures can be processed in as soon as six seconds, and the resulting diagnostic images are more accurate. Digital radiology also allows for telemedicine referrals—our veterinarians can e-mail images to a consultant for an instantaneous consultation. The use of digital technology also eliminates environmental contamination, as no chemicals are involved.
Endoscopy
An endoscopy allows our veterinarians to look inside your pet using a series of small cameras attached to a flexible tube. This lets the doctor look inside a body cavity or organ and diagnose a problem without invasive surgery. An endoscopy allows biopsies, cultures and removal of foreign objects from the lungs, stomach or intestines. Endoscopies are less stressful than standard surgery and allow for a quicker recovery time for your pet.

Ultrasound
An ultrasound is similar to an x-ray, but provides real time evaluation of your pet's internal organs. With access to board-certified radiology specialists, we can provide an extremely high level of advanced imaging services on-site so you know your pet is being evaluated by experts in the field. Ultrasounds can locate foreign bodies in the intestine without costly and time consuming x-ray procedures, leading to earlier intervention and surgical removal. An ultrasound examination is less invasive, less stressful and more comfortable for your pet.
